This Tom Yum Kung was highly evaluated for the following three points.
Point 1: Delicious Because of Quality Ingredients
We use Thai Vannamei shrimp that are processed fresh and quick-frozen. The soup is crafted in Southern Thailand, offering an authentic flavor profile where spiciness, richness, and gentle sourness come together in one satisfying taste.
Point 2: A Carefully Crafted Production Process
Each shrimp is carefully peeled one by one and deveined. By leaving the head and tail on, the shrimp's natural umami is released into the soup, resulting in a deeper, more flavorful taste.
