What's the Moshio?
Moshio, also known as "seaweed salt" is a special type of Japanese salt made by boiling seawater with seaweed. This process gives the salt a rich, umami flavor and mild taste.


You can enjoy it as a steak as it is, or cut it into small pieces and use as a topping for salad, rice bowls or noodles.
